I’m a qualified counsellor with a passion for helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental — I believe in creating a space where you can truly be yourself.
I work with individuals facing challenges like anxiety, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to help you explore what’s going on beneath the surface, discover your strengths, and build the tools you need to feel more grounded and connected in your life.
Every person is unique, so I tailor our work together based on your needs — drawing from approaches like CBT, Person-centered Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Creative Therapy and Mindfulness, always with empathy at the heart of everything.
Outside the therapy room, I’m someone who finds joy in spending time in nature and using creativity. I truly believe in the power of human connection, and I feel honored to be part of people’s healing journeys.
